Oakstone Hills moves

Our concept

One approach, three elements.

Yoga, functional training and conscious regeneration — three perspectives on the same body. Different approaches, one goal: building up strength, staying flexible, being clear in your head.

What starts on the mat continues to have an effect under the barbell. What arises in the breath is reflected in the posture. Coordination, endurance, stability — everything is intertwined. This creates balance: physically, mentally, suitable for everyday use.

Each session has an effect on the body and the nervous system - sometimes activating, sometimes balancing. For anyone who wants to move and wants to feel what moves them.

Yoga at Oakstone Hills

Our yoga combines Hatha and Vinyasa with influences from Somatic and Yin. Each session is clearly structured and creates space for body awareness, presence and intuition.
It is about movement, breathing and experiencing your own body more consciously. Sometimes calm, sometimes powerful — but always with a focus on what is really there. Our understanding of yoga combines traditional elements with the zeitgeist and creates a practice that helps to release tensions, to find peace of mind and to arrive in the moment.
Yoga at Oakstone Hills creates clarity and strengthens the connection with yourself.

Training at Oakstone Hills

Functional training is done here - with a clear structure, for the entire body. The goal: more strength, more endurance, more presence in everyday life.
Our approach combines classic fitness training with modern methods, from functional training and intensive bodyweight workouts. In addition to this, there is experience that has grown over many years—practical, well thought-out and adaptable to every level.
Sometimes with a barbell, sometimes with your own body weight - but always with a focus on technique, posture and body awareness. It's about stability, dynamics and the fun of experiencing your own progress.

Recovery at Oakstone Hills

Anyone who trains needs relaxation. And in fact consciously. At Oakstone Hills, regeneration is part of the movement approach — equivalent with yoga and training. Regeneration happens on many levels: physical, mental, neuronal. Active and passive breaks help the body learn, integrate and collect new energy. Those who are in touch with their bodies can also relax more deeply. Whether in the saltwater pool, during ice bathing or through breathwork - regeneration has its place here. Structure creates space. Nature supports. So that relaxation becomes part of your practice.
