The taste from here

Farm-to-table

Our cuisine starts in the garden.

Vegetables and herbs come from our own garden. Fruit grows on trees right on our property. Only what is needed is harvested — fresh, seasonal, conscious.
In addition, we work with selected partners from the region and as locally as possible. This creates quality that you can taste and a nutritional concept that suits our location.

Our cuisine

Indulgence without sacrificing.

For us, that is also part of it: a glass of wine in the evening, homemade pizza from the stone oven or an espresso after brunch.
Our cuisine uses fresh, regional ingredients and a balanced combination of hearty and light dishes for every taste — this makes nutrition part of our concept of exercise and regeneration.

Meals

Dine with us.

Meals are an integral part of the daily routine — set in such a way that they complement exercise sessions in a meaningful way. Your retreat day starts with a delicious brunch. Fresh bowls, savory and sweet options, varied and different every day, plus tea or coffee. Light snacks and fresh fruit are available during the day so that you have enough energy for exercise sessions. In the evening, the focus is on enjoyment: wholesome, balanced dishes — served together, with a reflection of the day and talks in community at the table. On request, we take individual dietary preferences into account and make your meals vegan, vegetarian or according to special needs.

Sustainability

Infused with awareness.

We focus on short distances and close cooperation with partners from the region. A large part of our food comes directly from our own cultivation — freshly harvested, processed or preserved for later. In this way, quality and taste are maintained and we strengthen regional cycles.

  • Natural building materials: robust, durable and from the region

  • Conscious use of energy and water throughout the retreat

  • Reduce packaging, recycle and compost organic waste
