Kilian
Kilian started his training as a police officer in 2016 — a job that challenged him physically, mentally and emotionally. After several years in patrol duty, he was preparing specifically for the special forces. In 2022, he joined the close protection department in Munich.
Discipline, commitment and clarity shaped his everyday life. Sport always accompanied him — as a balance, training and tool to keep body and mind strong. His interest lead him to in-depth knowledge of physiology, stress, and recovery.
He knows how to stay efficient under pressure, how to train effectively and take care of your body at the same time. This experience forms the base for what is lived today at Oakstone Hills.
Kilian stands for functional, effective training that is based on practical experience and tailored to individual needs. His understanding of movement combines performance with durability.
Henriette
Henriette completed her midwife training in 2015. A job that demands a lot: concentration, responsibility, empathy. For years, she has been accompanying births in the delivery room, leading birth preparation and postnatal education courses and working with women in all situations of life. She is familiar with remaining calm and clear-headed even in challenging situations.
Her view of people is holistic - with everything that makes us special: body, breath, emotions, history. Her profound anatomical knowledge and experience in bodywork flow naturally into her yoga style. This creates a practice that is mindful and effective — physically as well as emotionally.
The move to Portugal was a conscious decision for her. To spend more time outside, to live more independently and to focus on the essentials - that's exactly what Oakstone Hills gives her.
