The units are coordinated, accompany you throughout the day and bring you back into your body. In the meantime there is room for: exchange, peace, good food - and everything else that comes up. The retreat is intended as a holistic experience. With a kitchen that is close to what grows here. With a daily routine that provides structure and yet leaves space. The group size is intentionally limited to 12 participants - for real encounters, focused training and attention to details.

A temporary home — active vacation in the midst of Portuguese idyll

I recently took part in Oakstone Hills yoga and fitness retreat in Portugal and would highly recommend it!
The retreat location is located in a quiet side street on the edge of a small village.
The yoga and fitness sessions are perfectly coordinated and are taught with an incredible amount of professionalism.
The garden is an absolute highlight - countless fruit trees, a refreshing pool and incredible views!
I felt right at home during my stay and would really recommend Henriette and Kilian's retreat to anyone looking for an active break in Portugal!

My time at Oakstone Hills has given me so much positive energy.
The muscles burned a lot after Kilian's workouts, but relaxation time at the pool wasn't neglected either. - Yoga with Henriette is balm for the soul, on top of it there is soul food from their own garden and the peaceful atmosphere of the beautifully designed property.

Slow down from the very first moment

My stay at Oakstone Hills was simply fantastic. After just a short time, I had the feeling that I had completely left the stressful everyday life in Germany behind me. I was particularly impressed by the large fruit and vegetable garden right on the site. I was able to enjoy fresh fruit and vegetables there every day, which once again gave my stay a very special quality. The quiet location, the lovingly designed grounds and the friendly hosts Henriette & Kilian ensured that I immediately slowed down and really came to rest. The entire complex is very well maintained and designed with great attention to detail, so I felt at home from the very first moment. I've rarely recovered so quickly and I'm already looking forward to seeing you again.

Yoga, fitness & vision — pure energy

We enjoyed the days spent at Oakstone Hills to the fullest. In this beautiful spot on earth, Henriette and Kilian have created a feel-good atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home. From relaxing yoga classes, motivating workouts to nourishing soul foods, everything was taken care of. We will particularly remember the fantastic views and the cozy evenings with good conversations. We are already looking forward to the next visit.

The balance between relaxing during yoga and working out during fitness is perfect. And all this with a wonderful view over the vast expanses of Portugal.
We felt really comfortable. Great views, calming scenery and a great garden with everything you need.
