The units are coordinated, accompany you throughout the day and bring you back into your body. In the meantime there is room for: exchange, peace, good food - and everything else that comes up. The retreat is intended as a holistic experience. With a kitchen that is close to what grows here. With a daily routine that provides structure and yet leaves space. The group size is intentionally limited to 12 participants - for real encounters, focused training and attention to details.

You don't need any previous experience. Just a desire to get moving — and to be open to change through practice.

Wednesday is free - for your own plans, trips or simply to sleep in. If you would like to, we are happy to arrange suitable activities in the area: Surfing, wine tasting, a city trip to Coimbra, Lisbon or Porto - or whatever fits right now.
