Retreat & program
This retreat is unique in its form: Yoga and functional training are offered equally and at a high level — a combination that rarely exists. The programs are structured, practical and individually adaptable.
Participants can expect exclusive accommodation with modern equipment, small group sizes and personal attention. The kitchen works according to the farm-to-table principle — fresh, regional and often home-grown.
The spacious area with pool, yoga shala and fitness area is quiet and surrounded by nature. We value quality, sustainability, and an atmosphere in which everyone feels comfortable.
The price includes:
- accommodation
- full board (brunch, snacks, dinner - only breakfast on Wednesday)
- daily yoga and fitness sessions as well as regeneration offers (except on the day of arrival and departure and on the day off)
- use of all facilities such as the pool, yoga shala, fitness area and all equipment as well as pool towels
*Not included are travel to and from the venue, shuttle service, off-site activities, and personal expenses.
Two exercise sessions a day (yoga & functional training), regional cuisine, time in nature and regeneration sessions.
On Wednesdays, you have a day off, which you can use for trips or relaxation.
Wednesdays is a day off when you can choose from a variety of activities. We work with selected partners to provide you with a wide range of offers. These activities can be booked separately and are not included in the retreat price.
Of course, you can also just stay on the premises, use the amenities such as the pool, relax, read or use the free equipment and move independently in the yoga shala or at the fitness container.
Yes, all sessions are designed in such a way that they are suitable for both beginners and advanced participants. You'll be challenged but never overwhelmed.
The joy of movement and the desire to discover new things is particularly important. You will experience how yoga and fitness complement each other and give you more mobility, strength and balance.
We recommend that you bring the following things with you for your retreat stay:
- comfortable sportswear for yoga and fitness as well as suitable sports shoes
- sun protection (sunscreen, aftersun, sunglasses, cap)
- swimwear
- casual clothing and sturdy shoes if necessary
- personal items and toiletries
- beach towel
We will provide you with everything else, such as towels, bed linen and training equipment on site.
All participants will also receive their own water bottle for their stay.
In German or English, depending on the group. We always make sure that everything is easy to understand and that everyone feels comfortable.
The retreat does not take place all year round in order to ensure the quality of the program and offer optimal conditions — with the best seasons for yoga, outdoor training and shared experiences.
We also use the time between retreats to further our personal education, develop new ideas and constantly expand the program. In this way, every retreat remains unique and offers content that is only available here in this form.
No, the retreat is primarily aimed at solo travelers, couples or friends — it is not intended for families. Unfortunately, pets cannot be brought along.
